Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance may also delay delivery.
Tracking and Proof of Delivery
All services include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking link by email once their order has been dispatched. Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at support@perfecttrainers.co.uk or call +44 7378 493746. Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
Address Requirements
Customers must provide a full street address. Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is not supported, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Peak Seasons and Delays
During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow for the upper end of the estimated delivery times during these periods.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked at checkout)
- Items returned in worn or damaged condition
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (such as change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@perfecttrainers.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
- We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions on how to send your item back.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been processed.
- Shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
