We ship from the United Kingdom to customers in the UK and internationally. This policy explains our handling times, delivery services, estimated shipping windows, customs information, tracking, and procedures for lost or damaged parcels.
Processing and Handling
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–13 business days
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance may also delay delivery.
Tracking and Proof of Delivery
All services include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking link by email once their order has been dispatched. Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at support@perfecttrainers.co.uk or call +44 7378 493746. Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
Address Requirements
Customers must provide a full street address. Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is not supported, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Peak Seasons and Delays
During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow for the upper end of the estimated delivery times during these periods.
